Ahead of the event, we have put together information about the event for you below.

Pre-event registration and welcome drink

If you arrive on the 15th May, we would like to invite you to pick up your badge and join us for a complimentary welcome drink in the registration area outside the grand ballroom from 18.00 onwards.


At the registration desk, you will be asked to provide your name and will be given a badge. This badge will be your ticket for the event and will allow you to join the different sessions.

Event app

You were sent an email for the Feed Additives Asia App from our app provider Zerista. Download this to book meetings ahead of the event, see an up to date agenda, and to download presentations during the event. Presentations will also be emailed to you after the event.  If you have not yet paid for your ticket you will not have received your link to download the app.

We have secured a special rate for delegates of Feed Additives Asia 2018 to stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. You can book a discounted room using the online booking form here, offering you the chance to maximise your networking opportunities.

If you wish to arrive at the hotel before 16th May and/or depart the hotel after 18th May, please inform the reservation team via email in order to apply the discounted rate to your whole stay. Please quote Feed Additives Asia 2018.

Directions to the venue


From Suvarnnabhumi Airport, take the Motorway towards Bangkok and continue to take the Rama IX Expressway. Get off at Silom Exit and turn left. Then turn right at the first junction to Mahesak Road and turn right again at the first junction

Bangkok Mass Transit System (commonly known as the BTS or the Skytrain) and Ferry

If travelling by BTS, alight at Saphan Taksin (on the Silom Line and 5 stops from the main station, Siam) and follow signs to the Sathorn Pier. From here, follow signs for the Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel Shuttle Boat Pier. This complimentary ferry service run every 20 minutes from Sathorn Pier to Hilton pier and vice versa.

Meet the editor

We will host a “Meet the Editor” session during the networking lunch on Day 2.

“Meet the Editor” is an opportunity for you to connect one-on-one with our Editor-in-Chief, Simon Duke. The session will be of special interest to delegates in Asia seeking to communicate to Feedinfo’s global audience.

Event filming and photography

Please be advised that filming and photography will be taking place at the event.

If you do not wish to appear in any images captured, please notify a member of the Feed Additives team so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included.

The photographs/film will be used by the Agribriefing Ltd for the promotion of future events, these may be included in promotional materials and be published on our sites.
